Delete hook Namespace

Deletes specific hook namespace and states contained in it from the account.

This tool composes SetHook transaction with the specified namespace filled and marked for deletion. If the namespace exists on the account it will be deleted. If there are any states in the namespace, they will be deleted as well. If there are very large number of states in namespace you might get tesPARTIAL, in that case retry until all states are deleted.
